This project was a unique opportunity to combine our many different industrial and plumbing capabilities. The first phase of the project included installing two 5,000 gallon jet fuel storage tanks that supplied the new facilities three jet engine fuel testing cells. The second phase involved the build out of a 2-story office space that included multiple restrooms and break rooms. Also included in the second phase was the completion and build out of 3 large industrial work bays that included a multitude of plumbing systems such as DI water, Oxygen, Acetylene, Argon, Helium, Natural gas, as well as a compressed air system that totaled over 80 drops throughout the building. One final aspect of the project was the coordination and final connections to all of Triumph Air Repairs various equipment that was relocated from their previous facility in Phoenix to their new Chandler location.
