Operations Management
Robert Sornsin Robert K. Sornsin - Owner / President
Bob has extensive experience in HVAC and Plumbing Construction and has been in the business for over 30 years. Bob graduated from ASU with a Bachelors degree in construction. He is up-to-date at all times with each project RKS undertakes.
   
Joe Stachel Joe Stachel - Executive Vice President / Operations Manager
Joe has been a Project Manager and Estimator in the industry for over 20 years. He oversees all of our divisions and project managers as well as the office in general.
   
Randy Ackman Randy Ackman - Vice President / Project Manager
Randy has been with RKS since its founding. He has been a licensed plumber for over 20 years. His main focus is high profile developments for the Commercial Division.
   
Anthony Abbruzzio Anthony Abbruzzio - Vice President of Field Operations
Anthony has been with RKS since 2002 and has over 15 years in the plumbing industry. He oversees the superintendents and foreman for all RKS divisions.
   

Accounting & Administration
Monique Gibson Monique Gibson - Controller
Monique joined the RKS team in August 2010. Monique has over 20 years of accounting experience specific to the construction industry.
   
Lesley Ritter

Lesley Ritter - Project Coordinator / Administrator
Lesley joined the RKS team with over 19 years of customer service and administrative experience. In addition to assisting our project managers, she also supports the accounting department and all field personnel.
   
Jesseca Beert Jesseca Beert - Administrative Assistant
Jesseca joined RKS with customer service and administrative experience. She currently assists the office in accounting, phones, and other miscellaneous tasks.
   

Estimation & Project Management
Hal Smyser Hal Smyser - Senior Estimator
Hal has been with RKS since 1996 and has over 40 years of construction and plumbing experience.
   
Jim Shiers

Jim Shiers - Construction Manager / Estimator / Safety Director
Jim joined RKS with over 30 years in the water and wastewater treatment industry. Jim's focus is on our industrial division. He also manages our safety program and is a certified OSHA trainer. Jim is also an ASU graduate with a Bachelors in construction.
   
Jeff Jones Jeff Jones - Project Manager / Estimator
Jeff has been with RKS Plumbing since July of 2006. He brought with him over 35 years of experience in all phases of plumbing. Jeff has been involved in all types of projects including industrial and manufacturing, hospitals, detention facilities, airports, dormitories and tenant improvement.
   
Denise Cullison Denise Cullison - Project Manager / Estimator
Denise joined RKS in 2003 after working in the wholesale plumbing industry for 15 years. She has over 25 years of experience in the industry with 5 years associated in Project Management.
   
Phillip Doran Phillip Doran - Project Manager / Estimator
Phillip joined RKS Plumbing in 2002 as a field plumber and quickly moved up the ranks to Field Superintendent where he oversaw our large Commercial and Industrial projects. In 2009, Phillip, moved into the office to estimate and project manage.
   
Tom Sornsin Tom Sornsin - Industrial Division Manager
Tom has joined RKS Plumbing with an extensive background in water and waste water treatment facilities. He graduated from ASU with a BS in Construction Engineering and he was also a Founding Committee Member for the AGC Water/Wastewater Committee. Tom has worked in 6 states as a division manager, project manager, estimator, and project engineer during his 40 year career building mainly industrial type construction.
   

Superintendents
   
Brandon Studer Brandon Studer - Superintendent
Brandon joined RKS Plumbing in 2008 as a field plumber with 7 years experience in the industry. He quickly showed his abilities and was promoted to General Superintendent.
   

Service Department
Daniel Jimenez Daniel Jimenez - Service Project Manager
Daniel joined RKS Plumbing in 2006 as a plumber. Shortly thereafter, he began working in  jobsite trailers in an administration role. Daniel recently moved to the RKS main office to manage the Service Department including dispatching and estimation.
   
Dathan Fisher Dathan Fisher - Service Field Manager
Dathan has been with RKS since 2007. He started as a field foreman and is now our Field Service Manager. He has been a plumber for the last 15 years and a licensed journeyman for the past 10 years as well as he is a backflow certified tester.
   

Purchasing
Carol Geasland Carol Geasland - Purchasing Manager
Carol joined RKS with over 30 years of plumbing and mechanical experience, both in sales and purchasing. Carol manages all aspects of material coordination for field personnel.
   

CAD Department
Torey Mills Torey Mills - Project Manager / Estimator / CAD Designer
Torey has been with RKS since 2003 and has over 10 years of plumbing and process piping experience. His concentration is on CAD Design and coordination for our projects.
