Bob has been a hands-on owner since RKS Plumbing & Mechanical Inc.’s inception in 1990. Bob graduated from ASU with a bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering. He has extensive experience in Plumbing & HVAC construction. He closely monitors each project RKS undertakes.
With over 30 years’ experience, Joe has worked his way up from project managing and estimating to President of RKS Plumbing & Mechanical, Inc. He oversees all aspects of operations. He currently holds a Journeyman license (AZ & NM), our AZ Mechanical License & the NM Plumbing and Mechanical licenses. In addition, he has had previous extensive experience in Design Build, Design Assist, Plumbing, Mechanical, and Waste & Water Treatment Plant work.
Anthony, coming from a New York family with multiple generations of plumbers, Anthony brought many years of field experience with him when he joined RKS Plumbing & Mechanical Inc. in 2002. Starting as a field plumber, he has worked his way up the corporate ladder. From Foreman to General Superintendent to where he is now. Being the Executive Vice President & Field Operations, he manages all of the field personnel, oversees the construction progress of all projects, is a liaison for field to management communication, handles personnel & project conflicts as they arise.
Phillip joined RKS Plumbing & Mechanical, Inc. in 2002 as a field plumber and quickly moved up the ranks to Field Superintendent where he oversaw our large Commercial and Industrial projects. In 2009, Phillip moved into the office to estimate and project manage. In 2012, Phillip was promoted to the Vice President of our Commercial Division overseeing the other project managers and estimators.
Randy has been with RKS Plumbing & Mechanical, Inc. since its founding. He has been a licensed Journeyman plumber for over 40 years. Randy helped RKS grow from the beginning and has done it all with RKS. He began as a field plumber working his way to a foreman then superintendent. After 15 years in the field for RKS, he became a project manager/estimator. When RKS created a service department, Randy oversaw this operation for two years. He is now one of our Vice Presidents as well as a project manager and estimator. His projects range from small tenant improvements to multi-million-dollar installations.
Lesley joined the RKS Plumbing & Mechanical team in 2007 with over 15 years of customer service and administrative experience. She currently handles the company’s payroll and human resource needs while overseeing the accounting department and office administration staff to ensure all needs of the field and office are met.
Monique joined the RKS Plumbing & Mechanical, Inc. team in August 2010. Monique has over 30 years of accounting & finance experience specific to the construction industry.
Cameron has been with RKS Plumbing & Mechanical since 2012; starting with filing paperwork, stocking inventory, and keeping the warehouse clean. He then worked as a parts runner, delivering to all of our jobs across the state. After 5 years of driving, Cameron moved into the purchasing department, learning how to buy material and coordinate delivers with the parts runners & Job site foremen. Now, Cameron is working in accounting, primarily in accounts receivable and our commercial projects division. Cameron has an associate’s degree in business management from GCC, and wants to continue learning everything he can about business and finance through experience at RKS.
Reghan joined RKS Plumbing & Mechanical in 2015. She graduated from GCU with a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science that she uses to help train youth club soccer teams. She is responsible for new project bid coordination between our estimators, project managers and general contractors. She also currently handles our pre-liens & supplier waivers.
Christine recently joined RKS after moving to Arizona from Pennsylvania. She’s responsible for answering the phone, filing, running errands and assisting with any other needed work. She is happy to be a part of RKS Plumbing & Mechanical due to its friendly atmosphere & generosity.
Chris was brought on as a Foreman with RKS Plumbing & Mechanical in 2006. With over 30 years of experience in construction, Chris has a wide range of experience in commercial, industrial and institutional plumbing projects. In 2012, Chris was promoted to General Superintendent for his extensive plumbing knowledge and ability to organize and lead the field personnel. In 2013, he was brought into the office to be a Project Manager & Estimator. The majority of his projects are hospitals and medical facilities as he is a certified medical gas installer and estimator.
Fernando has been with RKS Plumbing & Mechanical since 2004 where he started out as a plumber apprentice. After four years in the field, Fernando became a Journeyman Plumber as well as taking on the responsibility of a Foreman. In 2015 after 11 years of experience with RKS Plumbing & Mechanical Fernando worked his way up to a spot in the office where he is currently working as an Estimator and Project Manager.
Matt started with RKS Plumbing & Mechanical in 2012 as a Superintendent bringing with him over 40 years of experience in the field. His expertise has been in commercial, industrial and hospital projects. He is currently driving our Industrial & JOC division mentoring the next generation along the way.
Jeremy joined RKS Plumbing & Mechanical in July of 2019 as a Project Manager and Estimator. He has over 20 years’ experience in small to large commercial plumbing projects. He is dedicated to making sure that each and every project is begun and finished as a complete and professional product that is turned over on schedule.
As a Trade graduate from “Associated Builder & Contractor”, Steve has been in the plumbing trade over 24 years, with over 10 years of that being in a management position. Steve has been with RKS Plumbing & Mechanical since 2014 and has worked his way up to a Project Manager & Estimator. Steve has estimated and managed some of RKS’s Specialty Projects, including FARS, also known as “Rescue Air” and has recently added Cryo Systems to his portfolio. In 2019 Rescue Air partnered with RKS and we now do all the T&C (Test & Certifications) in Arizona for Rescue Air. RKS is now the premier Installer for Rescue Air Systems in Arizona.
Ron joined RKS Plumbing & Mechanical in 2014. He has worked in the valley for over 30 years as a HVAC estimator and project manager. Before coming to Arizona, Ron was a sheet metal worker in Denver holding a city and county of Denver Sheet Metal Supervisor's License as well as a state sheet metal journeyman's license.
In 2012, Courtney entered the commercial plumbing & mechanical trades. Her depth, knowledge and experience range from pre-construction coordination to her current position as a Plumbing & Mechanical Estimator. Courtney is skilled and trained to build and re-build the most current estimation software available to plumbing & mechanical contractors. Her determination, perseverance and devotion to teamwork are an asset to any project.
Nicholas Stachel has worked in various positions at RKS Plumbing & Mechanical since 2012. He started in the office as an intern and transitioned into a field employee eventually becoming a licensed Journeyman Plumber. Through his work he has shown he is a hard worker and always willing to help out and learn more. He can now be seen in the office as a project engineer helping all the project managers with a main focus on Plumbing & Industrial projects.
Stephen joined RKS Plumbing & Mechanical in 2014 as an administrative assistant while obtaining and has since graduated with his Masters degree in accounting from GCU. He is currently a project engineer for our commercial, industrial and JOC projects.
DJ Glenn Joined RKS Plumbing and Mechanical in October of 2016 with over 20 years in managing land development projects in the construction industry. DJ is currently one of our Project Engineers. She looks forward to be a part of the RKS family for many more years
Name joined RKS Plumbing and Mechanical in May 2018 as a Project Engineer for the HVAC division, she worked in the industry for 10 years in the valley and around the state specializing in electrical and piping as a Project Coordinator and Project Engineer. name is a graduate of ASU with a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work.
Chris started in 1986 as a plumber’s helper, worked his way up in the field and earned his journeyman’s license in 1993. He joined RKS Plumbing & Mechanical in 2010 as a Foreman overseeing our large commercial projects, as well as hospitals, schools and casinos mainly in Northern Arizona. In 2015, RKS decided to open an office in Flagstaff, Arizona and appointed Chris as its manager overseeing all projects outside the Metro Phoenix area. He does it all from project managing and estimating to hiring and mentoring with the help of a core group of Flagstaff based employees.
Larry came to RKS Plumbing & Mechanical in 2015 with over 30 years of hands-on experience in the plumbing industry in California & Arizona. Prior to becoming a Superintendent, Larry would run our largest jobs with massive crews primarily high-rise condo developments with hundreds of units. Larry has expertise in every aspect of commercial and industrial as well as custom housing.
Michael joined RKS Plumbing & Mechanical in 2013 as mechanical foreman to run our larger mechanical projects. With his 20 plus years of experience in commercial and residential HVAC, he was ideal for the General Superintendent of our Mechanical Division.
- Edgar has worked with RKS for over 20 years. He joined RKS in 2001 as a field plumber. Three years later, he was promoted to foreman. Edgar ran the field for our industrial division for ten years as he was certified in welding, industrial piping, and more. Throughout his career, Edgar supervised numerous large commercial and industrial projects. After 18 years as a foreman, Edgar accepted the position and became a superintendent in 2022.
Mike has over 9 years of commercial construction experience. Before joining RKS He started as a plumbing apprentice, quickly advancing to Leadman and then a Foreman. Finally promoting to a Superintendent
With over 30 years in commercial construction, Bryce has led the RKS Safety team to be recognized by ADOSH with the SHARP award recognizing an exemplary injury and illness prevention program. Bryce is currently a 502 Construction Outreach Trainer UCSD, NITC Medical Gas Instructor, American Red Cross Instructor, National Safety Council Driving Instructor and UPC/IPC Instructor. Also, he has established a QR code that carries all the safety documents and processes for RKS Plumbing & Mechanical that are immediately available to all employees.
Joining RKS Plumbing & Mechanical in 2018, Seren started out in the Service Department with a background in technology and cloud-based software. Two years later, he transitioned into the Safety Division and since has been an integral part in establishing RKS with the accreditation in the Safety & Health Achievement Recognition Program (SHARP), A designation only a handful of contractors in Arizona hold.
John started out in the field as a plumber’s apprentice when he was just 18 years old. Through hard work and determination, he became a Journeyman Plumber, promoted to Foreman, and eventually took over the Firefighter Air Replenishment System (FARS) field operations as the Sr. Install Technician. After building up the FARS Division, he moved into the office to take over the Fleet and Hiring Manager position while overseeing and assisting in the training of FARS technicians.
with 30 years in both the Plumbing and Mechanical Industry, Mike started at RKS Plumbing and Mechanical as a lead HVAC technician and worked his way to Service Manager. He is responsible for estimating and project managing various service projects as well as overseeing the full operations of the Service Department.
Allen started with RKS in 2019 as a field plumber and was promoted to Project Foreman shortly thereafter. Due to his hard work and dedication along with a knack for attention to detail, he was moved into our Service Department as a Superintendent. When he isn’t working, he enjoys spending time with his family and being outdoors.
Yvonne joined RKS Plumbing & Mechanical in 2016 as an accounting assistant and is currently our Service Controller where she oversees all accounting and invoicing for the service department. She is happy to be a part of the RKS family and is looking forward to continued growth with the company.
Katie has worked with RKS Plumbing & Mechanical since 2017 and has put her outstanding customer service skills to work. She is responsible for handling customer relations with our service customers, scheduling of all work orders and estimating small projects. Katie enjoys working for RKS because of the family atmosphere and everyone’s drive for excellence.
Joe started with RKS Plumbing & Mechanical in 2001 as the in-house runner for the company. He took it upon himself to learn about the product he was handling, where to get it, and who had the best pricing in town. In 2011, Joe was promoted to Purchasing Manager and his knowledge made him ideal for such position.
Terry joined RKS Plumbing & Mechanical in 2016 with over 10 years of experience in plumbing wholesale/retail. His experience has made him a valuable asset to our purchasing dept.
