Bob has been a hand’s on owner since RKS Plumbing & Mechanical Inc.'s inception in 1990. Bob graduated from ASU with a bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering. He has extensive experience in HVAC and plumbing construction. Bob closely monitors each project RKS undertakes.
With over 20 years’ experience, Joe has worked his way up from project managing and estimating to Executive Vice President/Operations Manager of RKS Plumbing & Mechanical Inc. He oversees all of our divisions and project managers as well as the office staff. He currently holds a Journeyman’s license (AZ & NM), AZ Mechanical License, & NM Plumbing & Mechanical License. In addition, he has had previous extensive experience in Design Build, Design Assist, Plumbing Mechanical, and Waste & Water Treatment Plant work.
Randy has been with RKS Plumbing & Mechanical Inc. since its founding. He has been a licensed plumber for over 30 years. His projects range from small tenant improvements to multi-million dollar installations.
Coming from a New York family with multiple generations of plumbers, Anthony brought many years of field experience with him when he joined RKS Plumbing & Mechanical Inc. in 2002. Starting as a field plumber, he has worked his way up the corporate ladder. From Foreman to General Superintendent to where he is now. Being the Vice President of Field Operations, he manages all of the field personnel, oversees the construction progress of all projects, is a liaison for field to management communication, handles personnel & project conflicts as they arise.
Phillip joined RKS Plumbing & Mechanical Inc. in 2002 as a field plumber and quickly moved up the ranks to Field Superintendent where he oversaw our large Commercial and Industrial projects. In 2009, Phillip moved into the office to estimate and project manage. In 2012, Phillip was promoted to the Vice President of our Commercial Division overseeing the other project managers and estimators.
Hal has been with RKS Plumbing & Mechanical Inc. since 1996 and has over 40 years of construction and plumbing experience.
Chris was brought on as a Foreman with RKS Plumbing & Mechanical Inc. in 2006. With 17 years of experience in construction, Chris has a wide range of experience in commercial, industrial and institutional plumbing projects. In 2012, Chris was promoted to General Superintendent for his extensive plumbing knowledge and ability to organize and lead the field personnel.
Fernando has been with RKS Plumbing & Mechanical Inc. since 2004 where he started out as a plumber apprentice. After four years in the field Fernando became a Journeyman Plumber as well as taking on the responsibility of a Foreman. In 2015 after 11 years of experience with RKS Plumbing & Mechanical Inc. Fernando worked his way up to a spot in the office where he is currently working as an Estimator and project manager.
I started in the Mechanical business working for a small family operation in 1980, then worked for a larger mechanical contractor as a field installer and moved up to field superintendent position and then estimator/ project manager. Spent another 16 plus years as a project manager for another large mechanical contract here in the valley. What I believe I bring to RKS Plumbing and Mechanical is my experience, dedication and loyalty.
Ron recently joined RKS Plumbing & Mechanical Inc.. He has worked in the valley for over 27 years as a HVAC estimator and project manager. Before coming to Arizona Ron was a sheet metal worker in Denver holding a Denver HVAC supervisor/journey man license.
John joined RKS Plumbing & Mechanical Inc in 2015. Born and raised in Lakewood, Ohio. John has over 40 years in the construction, service industry and engineering skills.
Bryce came to RKS Plumbing & Mechanical Inc. in 2011 with 31 years of experience in construction project management and 25 years specific to plumbing. Bryce manages our largest projects. He is also a certified OSHA trainer and helps our safety director with field & foreman training.
Tom joined RKS Plumbing & Mechanical Inc. with an extensive background in water and waste water treatment facilities. He graduated from ASU with a BS in Construction Engineering and was a Founding Member for the AZAGC Water/Wastewater Committee. Tom has worked in 7 western and Midwestern states as a division manager, project manager, estimator, and project engineer during his 40 year career building mainly industrial type construction. Tom manages all industrial and job order contracting (JOC) work at RKS Plumbing & Mechanical.
Jim joined the RKS Plumbing & Mechanical Inc.'s Industrial Group in 2006 with 30 years’ experience in civil, water and wastewater treatment construction. He is a graduate of the ASU Construction Department of the College of Engineering and also manages the RKS Plumbing & Mechanical Inc. Safety Program, is an OSHA certified trainer and LEED Green Associate.
Denise joined RKS Plumbing & Mechanical Inc. in 2003 after working in the plumbing wholesale industry in sales & purchasing for 21 years. She brings her years of experience to support the Commercial, Industrial & HVAC divisions in all aspects of our projects from pre-construction to completion.
Shannel joined RKS Plumbing & Mechanical Inc. in 2013. With over 8 years’ experience in administration including 4 years in a construction administrative role, she can handle any task big or small to help make things run a little smoother. As a Project Engineer/Executive Assistant, she assists in creating project folders, submittals, purchase orders, and safety manuals and plans for each job. She also runs all errands for the office and manages the company fleet including getting trucks repaired, registration, and tracking for all vehicles.
Matt started with RKS Plumbing & Mechanical Inc. in 2012. Matt has over 30 years of plumbing experience. His expertise has been commercial, industrial and hospital projects.
Justin came to RKS Plumbing & Mechanical Inc. in 2011. With over 12 years of experience in all phases of plumbing, it was ideal to bring him on as a Foreman. His ability to successfully manage projects, organize field personnel, communicate with the customer, and get the job done right the first time, made him the ideal candidate for our Superintendent.
Born and raised in San Diego. Moved to AZ 2 years ago. 16 years of Commercial plumbing and civil experience. Been a superintendent for 5 years. Project Manager for 3 years Graduate from ABC "Associated builders and contractors"
Scott brings 38 years of experience to our HVAC division. Scott’s extensive experience includes project management, estimation and field coordination on everything from houses to multi-million dollar commercial jobs. Scott is an integral part of our HVAC Division.
As a Superintendent I bring 20 years of field experience to the HVAC Department, from hospitals to casinos and multistory buildings I have the coordination and people skills to communicate with our general contractors and our field staff to make sure the jobs run smooth and are profitable.
Brandon joined RKS Plumbing & Mechanical Inc. in 2008 as a field plumber with 7 years of experience in the industry. He quickly demonstrated his abilities to manage field personnel and climbed the ranks to General Superintendent and in 2012 to Service Operations Manager.
Dathan has been with RKS Plumbing & Mechanical Inc. since 2007. He started as a field Forman and is now our Field Service Manager. He has been a plumber for the last 18 years and a licensed journeyman for the past 14 years as well as he is a backflow certified tester.
Eilis joined our Service Department in 2013. She brings over 20 years of construction industry experience in office management, accounting, and project administration/coordination. Her skills with customer service and organization will prove to be a valuable asset to the team as we continue to grow. She is also working on assisting our management group in implementing new systems and processes.
Michelle is the newest member of our Service department, and brings with her over 15 years of customer service and office management. She currently assists with scheduling, dispatching, and billing, as well as handling after hour emergency calls. In addition to her responsibilities in Service, she also manages the company fleet including getting trucks repaired, registration, and tracking for all vehicles.
Carol joined RKS Plumbing & Mechanical Inc. with over 30 years of plumbing and mechanical experience, both in sales and purchasing. Carol manages all aspects of material coordination for field personnel.
Joe started with RKS Plumbing & Mechanical Inc. in 2001 as the in house runner for the company. He took it upon himself to learn about the product he was handling, where to get it, and who had the best pricing in town. In 2011, it was discovered that Joe was good with numbers. This and his purchasing knowledge made him ideal for such position.
Terry has recently join RKS plumbing & Mechanical Inc. With over 10 years of experience in plumbing wholesale/retail his experience is a good addition to our purchasing dept.
Bill joined RKS Plumbing & Mechanical Inc. with over 25 years of commercial construction & design build experience in plumbing, process piping & HVAC. His duties include CAD design, BIM modeling and preparation of construction coordination drawings.
Monique joined the RKS Plumbing & Mechanical Inc. team in August 2010. Monique has over 20 years of accounting & finance experience specific to the construction industry.
Lesley joined the RKS Plumbing & Mechanical Inc. team with 19 years of customer service and administrative experience. She currently oversees the accounting department and office administration staff to ensure all needs of the field and office staff are met.
Melissa joined RKS Plumbing & Mechanical Inc. in 2012 bring with her 6 years of customer service in construction, service and payroll. She currently handles our payroll and account payables.
Brooke joined the RKS Pluming & Mechanical Inc. team with six years of customer service experience, specializing in telecommunications. Currently, Brooke handles requests and filing for our insurance needs for all projects. She also assists all personnel by directing received calls, keeping all company records properly filed, making sure necessary forms have the most current information, and providing support for any job needing to be done in the office.
Katie joined RKS Plumbing & Mechanical Inc. in 2015. She currently is an administrator. As an administrator, Katie assists in building project folders, submittals, purchase orders, safety manuals, answering phones and running errands for the company.
