ASU - McAllister Academic Village

McAllister Academic Village, located at ASU's main campus in Tempe, AZ, is a state-of-the-art 1600+ bed dormitory complex consisting of 10 multistory buildings, complete with administration offices, a UPS store and a full kitchen onsite.

Camelview

Camelview Village is a luxury condominium project in the heart of Scottsdale, AZ, consisting of eleven seven-story buildings with 3 lower levels for parking and recreation. There are only seven projects of this size and magnitude in the United States. The installation of the plumbing systems for this 17- million-dollar project has made for many interesting and challenging issues due to its unique architecture by David Hovey and Associates.

Chandler Surface Water

City of Chandler - 16 MGD Surface Water Treatment Plant. The plant upgrades include expanded polymer and microsand ballasted flocculation systems, and chemical storage and feed systems necessary to support the various treatment processes (alum, sodium bi-sulfate, sodium hypochlorite, sodium hydroxide, flouride, carbon dioxide, etc.). Plant service water, service air, and domestic water and drainage were also completed. A key feature of the new plant upgrade is the installation of a Sodium Hypochlorite Generating System which allows the plant a source of disinfectant agent manufactured at the site, eliminating transportation constraints and concerns of chlorine gas products.
