Scottsdale Healthcare Bridge Tower Addition is one of our many hospital projects and is located on the north end of the existing Shea Campus, southeast of the Piper Outpatient Surgery Center. The scope of this 40,000 square foot addition included extending existing hospital utilities, adding patient rooms, nursing stations and medical gas systems, as well as providing utilities for a third floor future tenant improvement. This project also included an open plaza with access to the other hospital facilities and bed towers.
