City North is where one can live, work and play without ever leaving. Known as High-Street (Phase 1), this project consisted of multiple buildings where retail space is on the ground floor and office space or residential townhomes, condos, and lofts are located above. There are art galleries and sidewalk cafés, upscale restaurants and sidewalk entertainment. This project was awarded Platinum LEED designation for its green design.
