Optima CamelView Village is an award winning 11 building, 700 unit luxury condominium development built on a thirteen acre site in downtown Scottsdale, Arizona. No two buildings on the project are the same and the condominium units generally do not stack vertically. Each unit was customized by it purchaser. The project was designed and built on a fast track basis requiring maximum coordination and cooperation between the design team and the subcontractors. The unique architecture of the development presented many challenges.
