Marriott Residence Inn

The Courtyard Residence Inn by Marriott, located in Scottsdale, Arizona is a 112 Room and 12 Suite facility. Adjacent to the Mayo Clinic, the hotel boasts a housekeeping area with an in-house laundry, 24-hour convenience store and an on-site kitchen/restaurant for room service and dine-in. RKS installed boilers, storage tanks, a water softener and a water booster pump to help maintain this large facility.
