Beatitudes Senior Assisted Living

The Promenade at Beatitudes project is a senior assisted living facility located in central Phoenix that features three multiple story buildings 200 residencies. This project was unique because it was built in the middle of existing buildings and patio homes with zero extra space around the buildings. This made material staging, storage and scheduling a difficult but manageable task for the RKS Plumbing project managers.
