RKS Plumbing & Mechanical was formed in 1990 by its owner, Bob Sornsin. Bob’s goal was to create a plumbing company which focused on customers, quality service and getting the job done right the first time.

RKS is one of only a handful of companies locally who install process & chemical piping for water treatment and waste water treatment facilities. Some of the chemicals include sulfuric acid, alum, caustic soda, hydrofluosilic acid and chlorine.

RKS has many other commercial plumbing projects including tenant improvements, schools, high rise condos, hospitals & medical facilities, auto dealerships, restaurants and retail, hotels and country clubs, parks and rest areas. We contract approximately 150 commercial jobs per year, ranging in size from $2K to $20M.

RKS launched a 24-hour service department in the spring of 2003, serving both residential and commercial customers, and is pleased to offer very competitive hourly rates for the Phoenix Metro Valley area. RKS is a rapidly growing company and has more than doubled in size during the past five years.
